Refund and Returns Policy

At Mahendra Dresses, we want every outfit to bring joy. If something doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, we offer a simple and transparent return process. Our focus is on easy returns, fair guidelines, and quick support so your shopping experience stays smooth from start to finish.

Returns (Within 7 Days) 🔄

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• With all original tags and packaging
• Free from stains, perfume, or damage

Return, Refund & Pickup Charges 💰

To maintain a smooth return process, the following charges apply:

• A ₹100 processing & handling fee is deducted when a customer chooses a refund. This fee covers basic return‑processing and administrative work.
• This fee does not apply when the customer chooses Store Credit.
• If pickup is required, an additional ₹100 pickup fee applies.
• If both apply, the total deduction becomes ₹200.
• You may avoid the pickup fee by returning the item directly at our store.

Non‑Returnable Items 🚫

We cannot accept returns for:
• Innerwear
• Accessories
• Customized or stitched items
• Clearance / final sale products
• Items without original tags
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Refunds (Store Credit Only) 💳

All approved returns are refunded as Store Credit.

• Issued within 3–5 business days after inspection
• Valid for 6 months
• Can be used for any future purchase
• No cash, bank transfer, or original payment method refunds
• COD orders are also refunded as store credit

Exchanges 🔁

You may request an exchange for size or color, subject to availability.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Pickup for exchanges has a ₹100 pickup fee
• If the requested size/color is unavailable, store credit will be issued

Damaged or Wrong Item Received 📦

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share photos or an unboxing video for verification
• We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

Order Cancellation ❗

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, the order can only be returned as per the return policy
