✅ Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
• Return pickup will be arranged by us (where available) or you may return it to the store directly.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, accessories, or customized stitched items
• Items purchased on clearance or final sale
• Products that show signs of wear or damage after delivery

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

🔁 Exchanges

• We accept exchanges for size or color based on availability.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
