Refund and Returns Policy

At Mahendra Dresses, we focus on a fair and transparent process. Please note that all approved returns are issued strictly as Store Credit.

Returns (Within 5 Days) 📅

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and in original condition (with all tags/packaging).

• Free from stains, perfume, or damage.

Fees & Charges 💰

• Zero Processing Fees: There are no convenience or processing fees for returns requested within the 5-day window.

• Pickup Charges: If a return pickup is required, the pickup fee will be decided and communicated at the time of the request.

• Store Drop-off: You may avoid any pickup fees by returning the item directly at our store.

Store Credit Only (No Cash Refunds) 💳

All approved returns are issued strictly as Store Credit.

• No Cash/Bank Refunds: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method, bank transfers, or cash (including COD orders).

• Processing Time: Credit is issued within 3–5 business days after inspection.

• Validity: Store credit is valid for 6 months for any future purchase.

Non-Returnable Items 🚫

We cannot accept returns for:

• Innerwear or Accessories.

• Customized or stitched items.

• Clearance / final sale products.

• Items without original tags or showing signs of wear/alteration.

Exchanges 🔁

• Exchange requests for size or color must be raised within 5 days.

• A pickup fee (to be decided) applies to all exchange requests.

• If the requested size/color is unavailable, Store Credit will be issued.

Damaged or Wrong Item 📦

If you receive a damaged product, inform us within 48 hours with an unboxing video for verification. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
